The are some things that I don't like hotel but the peolpe flip the experience to excellent level. I would like to say confidently the team in the hotel is the best compared to 4 and 5 starts hotel in EU. * services is (fast) ,smooth with( good quality). * the hotel is 3 starts but has a restaurant and room service. This is very very very rare in EUROPE. *the cleaning( house keeping )team is very helpful and extremely nice.(always offer help) *location is good.

I have been a customer of ABC Hotel with and without my family for the last 20 years and I can honestly say it is the best value for money in Thessaloniki. The rooms are unassuming and the décor a bit old, however it is always very clean, the staff is always very friendly, the breakfast offering is always simple but varied and tasty and the location is absolutely fantastic. I always book a room with a view of Ano Poli and the University and I am always happy to return and stay there.

The room was spotlessly clean and well-kept with a very pleasant smell, the housekeeping women were smiling, polite and hardworking, willing to help at any time, and in general, the hotel staff were impeccable, the view from our room was beautiful and the breakfast was also fresh and tasty. The only negative was the wi-fi which did not work very well in our room, but everything else was wonderful.
